This weekend, our big ‘LOVE’ letters showcased at Wedtastic Wedding Fayre hosted by Bridal Chic in the City at the uber cool The Deaf Institute on Grosvenor Street in city centre Manchester.

Taking centre stage quite literally, our ‘LOVE’ light up letters looked fabulous against the retro surroundings of this cool city centre venue.

Being the first official Wedding Fair outing for our wedding props, here at Words To Glow we were simply delighted to meet so many lovely couples, to find out more about their forthcoming plans and share in their obvious excitement!

We are delighted to say lots of interest was shown in our range of marquee letters for hire and we thoroughly enjoyed telling visitors more about the great range of products we have to offer!

The fair took place in the first floor function room which is adorned with a fabulously sparkly glitter ball and this unbelievably cool bar. The venue also serves as a go to location for Manchester music lovers and for aspiring bands to showcase their individual talents. As such, it retains a certain uniqueness that can be difficult to find elsewhere in the City Centre.

In addition to meeting lots of lovely brides and grooms to be and their bridesmaids on the day, it was also great to hook up with some other fantastic wedding suppliers.

Kenny Brown Photography and Elisabeth Kurtis Photography were busy chatting to lots of lovely couples on the day; showcasing some great examples of the lovely work they produce.

Andrea from Squidge Mallows was available to hand out samples of her yummy wedding favours to any bride and groom that visited the fair and had some great examples of her new mallow pops which I am sure would go down a treat with any younger wedding guests!

Simply beautiful and delicate hand-crafted hair adornments and jewellery was on display from local supplier Satyrion. Examples included pretty crystal hair combs, traditional tiaras, and vintage pearl headbands.

A certain talking point was this stunningly beautiful wedding cake design from Essentially Cakes. With delicate ruffles, pretty pleats, flowers and jewelled applique this cake had it all!

Beauty products, skincare advice and pamper packages were available on the day from the lovely Ann-Marie from TempleSpa to help the stressed bride-to-be in developing a pre-wedding beauty regime or to find out more about potential hen party packages for the bridal party.

All in all, the day was a resounding success and we cannot wait to see what future Wedding Fairs will bring!

Bye for now!
