Well, doesn’t it feel like summer is nearly upon us? With the lighter nights and the mild and sunny days, I think it is perhaps time to dig out the sandals and dust off the summer wardrobe!
Having returned fresh from a lovely little Cotswold mini break with the family and with the kids now ensconced firmly back in the world of academia, it feels good to put the nose to the grindstone once again!
Our big LOVE letters were out working hard this weekend for events company, PPL Events as they met and talked to lots of lovely couples at the Macdonald Hotel Piccadilly’s Wedding Showcase on Sunday. Lots of glowing feedback was received and some very positive leads were generated.

Another exciting event on the horizon for Words To Glow is the fabulously funky The Deaf Institute’s: Wedtastic Wedding Fayre on Saturday May 16th. Hosted by Bridal Chic in the City, this up coming Wedding Fayre is looking to showcase not only some fabulous local wedding suppliers, but the best that The Deaf Institute has to offer as a venue for weddings and special occasions.
Based in the heart of our fabulous city, The Deaf Institute is an independent fun loving bar & venue, spread across 3 floors, with 3 bars, a kitchen & a roof terrace. Housed in a historic Manchester building originally built in 1878 as The Deaf Institute, the building has recently been refurbished to its former glory.
Highlights include a music hall, additional basement bar, sweetie shop inspired cocktail list, local ales & craft beers, a massive mirror ball and domed ceiling!
